Cycle Aid is Regulated by the Department for Constitutional Affairs in respect of Regulated Claims Management Activities; its Registration is recorded on the website www.claimsregulation.gov.uk
Cycle Aid is registered by Paul Darlington with the Department for Constitutional Affairs at the following address: 75, Silverdale Road, Yealand Redmayne, Carnforth, LA5 9TB.
Any enquirer to Cycle Aid is entitled to and will receive a free and without obligation written appraisal of the claim that they wish to pursue.

If an enquirer wishes to pursue a compensation claim they will be referred to Smith Jones Solicitors of King Edward House, Finsley Gate, Burnley BB11 2FS. These solicitors will always absolve the claimant client from the need to pay disbursements and will pay indemnity insurance on the client’s behalf.
